Introduction

 Eucloid, a leading data and analytics firm, sought to expand its successful India-based Databricks partnership into the U.S. market.

As Eucloid prepared for this next phase, the focus shifted toward building a scalable GTM engine that could support consistent pipeline generation, enable signal-led targeting, and power coordinated outreach across channels.

Tapistro partnered with Eucloid to help bring this GTM vision to life.

The Challenge 

Before Tapistro, Eucloid was in an early-stage GTM exploration phase rather than operating a formal marketing engine. The team had tested different outbound and lead-generation approaches across APAC and the U.S., but these efforts were largely experimental and not designed for scale.

  • Data silos: Account and event data were scattered across multiple spreadsheets, delaying real-time action.
  • Manual research: The team spent hours identifying technology users - their core ICP - by searching across multiple websites.
  • Fragmented outreach: Cold calling and email campaigns were small-scale experiments using tools like Apollo, Zoho, SendGrid, and Sales Navigator, with limited visibility or measurable impact. 
  • Long ramp-upcycles: It typically took 4–5 months of outreach to secure a first meeting, and overall conversions were around 2-3%.

While these early experiments provided learning, they also highlighted the need for a purpose-built GTM system, that could connect signals, enrichment, orchestration, and execution into a single, scalable framework.

The Goal & Solution 

Eucloid’s goal was to build a unified GTM strategy under one roof eliminating silos, reducing manual effort, and creating a predictable, repeatable pipeline. Tapistro addressed this by becoming their core GTM system, consolidating prospecting, enrichment, signal tracking, and outreach into a single platform. 

Key workflows included: 

  • Intent-driven account identification: Tracking accounts hiring key decision-makersand using technologies aligned with Eucloid’s ICP. 
  • Signal orchestration: Job postings, website visits, and other intent indicators were captured in real time by Tapistro AI agents to prioritize high-value accounts. 
  • End-to-end enrichment: Tapistro’s integrated data partners provided a complete, up-to-date view of accounts, removing the need for multiple enrichment tools.
