Clay
Data & enrichment
Most GTM teams run Clay for enrichment, n8n for automation, and Supabase to store it all, then pay a GTM engineer to keep the pipeline from breaking. Tapistro does all three in one place, and it gets smarter with every campaign.
The stitched stack works. It just costs you a GTM engineer, multiple contracts, and a week of glue work every time you want to launch a new play.
Data and enrichment, without the spreadsheet
Waterfall enrichment across providers, ICP scoring, and buying signals arrive as live Unified Prospect Profiles, not table rows you have to re-run and re-export.
Journey Canvas is drag and drop, live in minutes, and already knows what an account, a persona, and an intent signal are. No API wiring, no broken nodes when a field is missing.
Unified Prospect Profiles are the storage layer, already modeled for accounts, people, and signals. No schema to design, no sync jobs to maintain, no engineer on call when a column changes. Sync to your own database when you want to, not because you have to.
From data enrichment to AI-powered workflows, discover why Tapistro brings everything together in one platform.
Tapistro connects to Claude through MCP, so your GTM data is available where your team already thinks and works. Ask in plain language, get answers grounded in live account context.

Yes. Many GTM teams run Clay for enrichment, n8n for workflow automation and Supabase for storage, then rely on a GTM engineer to keep the pipeline working. Tapistro combines all three jobs in one platform: waterfall enrichment, a GTM-native Journey Canvas for orchestration, and Unified Prospect Profiles as the GTM data layer.
For GTM data, yes. Tapistro's Unified Prospect Profiles hold enriched, scored and always-current account and person data, so you do not need to design a schema, write sync jobs or maintain pipelines. Your own database remains the system of record for the rest of your product, and Tapistro syncs to it whenever you want.
n8n is a general-purpose automation tool that treats GTM steps as arbitrary API calls. Tapistro's Journey Canvas natively understands accounts, personas, ICP tiers and intent signals, so a Journey keeps working when a CRM field is empty or a data source changes, and it can be built without engineering.
Both Tapistro and Clay offer waterfall enrichment, signal triggers and 1:1 multi-channel execution. The difference is the data model: Clay is table-based and enrichments are re-run, while Tapistro stores results in Unified Prospect Profiles that update continuously and feed agents that improve with every campaign. Tapistro is also designed to work without engineering support.
No. Tapistro is built to work without engineering: the GTM data model is ready out of the box, enrichment stays current automatically, and Journeys are built with drag and drop. A stitched stack usually needs an engineer to design schemas, write sync jobs and fix broken workflow nodes.
Three subscriptions plus the person who holds them together. Clay credits for every enrichment run, n8n for workflow execution, Supabase for storage, and a GTM engineer or technical marketer to design the schema, write sync jobs and repair nodes when a field changes. Tapistro replaces the three contracts and the glue work with one platform and one data model.
Start with the play that breaks most often. For most teams that is either signal-triggered outbound (job posts, funding, website visits feeding a sequence) or continuous CRM enrichment, because both depend on timing and both go stale in tables. Move one, prove it against the Clay version, then consolidate list building and research agents.
Yes. Export a Clay table to CSV and use it as a Journey Source in Tapistro; records are matched to existing Unified Prospect Profiles, enriched where fields are missing, and verified before they reach outreach or your CRM. Enrichment already completed in Clay does not need to be re-run.
